The ideal opening hand is preparation and academic espionage for maximum seeding on turn 1. Then just use the elven minstrel and you get a chance of grabbing a nice 1 cost OP card from your enemies class.
The shrieking shroom is always a good choice, you never know what kind of weirdness will pop out of its mouth and onto your board (it'll probably just be a crappy 1/1 with a untriggered battle-cry)
I don't think either of these choices will help you win, but that's not really the point of this deck.
This is a meme deck, inspired by all of the references to research chemicals. Inspired by whatever the crazed chemist is drinking, this deck will alter your world and inspire you to see hearthstone in new ways. The first step is to break into the university and snag all of the chemistry students and then just enjoy the hallucinations.
If you play this competitively you will most likely be destroyed by rampant raging jerks playing aggro-decks or perfecting their OTK jujitsu while you transform into random death knights and play cards you didn’t even know existed. This deck is only recommended for casual recreational use, there is no warranty if you decide to operate heavy machinery. No mechs allowed.
This deck might be even cooler with Tess Graymane in their for jabberwocky style impact but if you play this deck right you probably won’t need here at turn 8. I usually play Sonya Shadowdancer instead of one of the preparations.
Anyways, I hope you enjoy. I’m going to go continue to lose at rank 15 with this deck now.
