The list is good. It really just relays on the power interaction of spiteful summoner. The elemental minion type creates some synergy to allow for some value. I like having a late Pyroblast to reach over the top if the board becomes clogged in the lates, Blaze caller also provides some late game reach.
This archetype provides utility slots for tech cards such as mindbreaker, spell breaker, doomed apprentice provides us with some tax effects against midrange/control spell heavy decks. The 3/2 body it has also can provide us with some positive trades in the late game. I do play a one of meteor as a safety switch against decks that can pump out a very large creature or to help us close the game against taunt minions.
I do not feel that this is the most optimal spiteful deck in standard. It does provide some gaps that the other two decks lack.
