Priest – Knights of The Frozen Throne (Control and Heal)

It took me three tries with this deck.  What won it for me was a combination of Lyra the Sunshard,  Mind Vision and Eternal Servitude.  The thing that is different from most Priest decks I’ve seen is many of them rely too much on RNG, especially with the “draw a card”, cards.  This deck kind of eliminates all of that.

Donts:

1) On my first try I used Mind Vision immediately and got the card Lich King used to silence me.  While it was very humorous, it wasn’t very helpful, and yes, he does, “cheat” as it says in the beginning.  He continued to emote regardless of the silence. 

2) I restarted and on my second try used Mind Vision.  I got a  deathrattle card that would give Lich King and extra Lich King spell/minion and I wasted a silence and it went downhill from there.

Do’s: (Try 3)

Hold Mind Vision until at least turn 3 or 4 to increase your chances of getting better cards,  The longer you wait, the better the card.  He ended up giving me The Lich King Taunt card.  Really funny, he says, “Hello Handsome” when you put it in play.

From Mind Vision, he also gave me Entomb which I used on his card that would have otherwise destroyed one of my minions (Lyra).  This ultimately benefited me through the use of Lyra which gave me Embrace Darkness.  Upon playing Embrace Darkness I got the card as a 5/5 and took out both of Lich King taunts.  Basically Lyra is going to give you all of the control cards and heal cards you need until you can get into a position where you are able to use your Divine Spirit and Inner Fire.

The strat is basically continuous heals without effort and using Eternal Servitude to bring Priest of the Feast or Lyra the Sunshard back in play,  or in my case the Lich King taunt card.

My win came from using Divine Spirit and Inner Fire on Ysera.
