is there a replacement for patches or the deck is not viable without him?
It’s still strong without Patches, you can add a second Blood to Ichor or Bloodsail Cultist.
In EU server is good, from rank 16 ?
This is a good deck, so yes.
I would try one execute instead of the Cultist. It might be good against big threat like faceless , operative or something else.
16-3 to rank 7 with this deck. I can’t complain. I’m not sure about the Bloodsail Cultist, though. I feel this card is underwhelming in this deck.
You can try 2nd Blood to Ichor against minion based decks or Arcanite Reaper vs Renolock/Rogue :).
Yeah, I don’t like it either. Try an Arcanite Reaper instead, works wonders
I teched in Deathwing to help me against Druid. Seems to work 🙂
