Can anyone explain to my why you would run bgh in a deck that looks to empty it’s hand asap for soomguard value? I think a second owl would overall be better. Please correct me if i’m wrong.
It’s a meta call, there are so many bgh targets at the moment that it will find value in most matchups. Even without bgh targets you can abusive a minion with 5 or 6 attack and then bgh that. It’s insanely valuable boardclear that gives board control and at worst is a 4/2 for 3 which is still okay.
If Doctor boom is not a good enough reason for you, then I would say Misterious Challenger on an empty board will also be a target after avenge. Both are cards being played a lot in the meta and BGH represents a huge swing and will guarantee you continue with board control after being played.
