Mulligan as if you are playing against an Aggresive opponent as this deck should be able to pick apart any midrange or control deck fairly easily.

Hey all,

With the old gods soon to be upon us it’s time to start thinking next level. Most players will want to try out all the fancy 10 mana cards. So how do we punish them? Mill rouge.

Thistle tea has the potential to be a great card for mill rouge since it creates cards from outside the game instead of drawing them directly from your deck.

Speaking of great mill rouge cards, how about Xarol, the poisoned mind. Those toxins are all Taylor made for the deck.

This deck features a lot of power due to all of the strong 0 cost cards that act similar to black lotus, but may lack consistency in the early game.

Will the old gods cards be enough to overcome the lose of antique heal bot and death lord? Let me know in the comments.

Aggressive decks died in standard format. You need to have them losing cards to hand overflow before round six to stop them from drawing their win condition cards. Almost every deck in the meta, is going to be based around prepping for round ten, so as a fast deck, you need to kill them before then. Or am I missing the point?

      Hey Mystik,

The goal is not to be the aggressor through attacking. We want to set up multiple cold eyes to burn cards from the opponents deck.

The reason this works better against control and midrange decks is because thier threats are not usually that efficient on mana.
So, we can simply return thier win condition to thier hand and then run bran+cold eyes to make them burn cards. Then we win through fatigue via Ganged up cold eyes or ganged up reno.

Ganged up Reno wouldn’t work, would it since you’d have two others of him in the deck alongside a lot of Cold Eyes’ right?
