Mulligans
General Mulligans
The Pogo-Hopper can get big in no time, that´s why you want to get him on board and take it of again to make use of its effect.
Use Togwaggle´s scheme at 3-5 copies for best value in this deck, 1 copy is of course aswell good in some situations, but 20 copies of this card just spam your deck full and can lead to situations where you can´t do anything except placing Pogo-Hoppers.
Play Magic Carpet as fast as you can and then in the next round your buffed Pogo-Hopper (Not a 1/1), for higher value attack a enemy and then get your Pogo-Hopper back with either Shadowstep, Daring escape or vanish.
If you want, just let your Pogo-Hopper on board, but use Togwaggle´s scheme earlier on it or the effect of lab recruiter, to keep your Pogo-Hoppers in your deck.
(Keep in mind if you lose all your Pogo-Hoppers in game you have nearly no chance, so just make some copies of it so you dont run out of it)

Betrayal is pretty usefull against aggro decks like...

Token Druid
Mid-Range Hunter (Not an aggro deck but still usefull against it)
The EVIL Cable Rat can give you a lackey and we all know how usefull they are, they can especially change the game fast to your favor.
Note: The Evil Miscrent is very usefull aswell but consider that he costs 3 and needs to have a card played before he can use his effect.
Control Mulligans
This deck is extremly good ( in my opinion) against any warrior decks.
Bomb warrior: You dont draw that many bombs (in % chance) as you would, thanks to the Pogo-Hopper copies.
Control Warrior: He actually loses control thanks to your really cheap and extremly big Pogo-Hoppers that you can get out without any problems, Witchwood Piper helps in this matchup if you dont have any Pogo-Hoppers left in your hand, but have them in your deck.
(Draws the lowest cost minion in your deck, = Pogo-Hopper => 100%, if you dont shuffle any other 1 cost minions, like lackeys, in your deck)
Eviscerate can clear of the most early game to mid-game minions and is always a nice help to clear of the board from minions that make you mad.
With the release of the “Rise of Mech” Event, a lot cards got Buffs.
The special card Pogo-Hopper got Buffed from 2 to 1 Manacost and can be huge in play.
In the following you find some interesting tricks and tips how to use the deck properly.
I would call this a Mid-Range deck, because it has its most value in the Mid-Game, but can be even extremly huge at the first 3 rounds.
Example: (Pogo-Hopper + Shadowstep, Coin+Pogo-Hopper + Bronze Gatekeeper = 4/8 in 2 Round
This is a nice little budget deck, for y´all who want to try out a Hopper deck, it´s not a meta deck and don´t includes 5 legendaries like other Hopper decks. Maybe we change the meta my friends!
Core cards are…
Shadowstep, Toggwaggle´s scheme, Pogo-Hopper and Magic carpet.
Try to get the Hopper as fast as possible and shadowstep him, to use his effect even more often.
Use Togwaggle´s scheme if you want to go in, don´t be to greedy with it.
Mulligan:
Keep always: Pogo-Hopper.
Keep only with Pogo-Hopper: Shadowstep, Lab recruiter, Magic Carpet, Togwaggle´s scheme
VS Agressive: Keep Betrayal, Evil Cable Rat
VS Control: Keep Eviscerate, Witchwood piper
