Plot Twist Handlock

The big combo is to have 10 cards in hand, including Betrug and Plot Twist, on turn 10. Shuffling your hand into your deck will draw ~ 5 minions, thus summoning copies with rush. Eager Underling gives +2/+2 to two others for free as it rushes in and dies, and if you can kill off your minions before Betrug gets to them at the end of your turn, Blood Troll Sappers deal damage to the enemy hero, Hakkar puts blood into the deck automatically, and Deranged Doctors give your hero a hefty heal. All this while filling your hand with these minions!

Another combo is to play Soularium, Elekk, and then Plot Twist with a Plot Twist in hand. This lets you go +1 on hand size without the drawback of Soularium discarding your cards, and shuffle two copies of your hand into your deck. Acolyte of Pain into Loose Specimen is an 8 mana 6/6 draw 2 in total. Mountain Giants and Twilight Drakes get the buffs that you get from having big hands, along with summoning them thanks to Betrug.
