I love this idea! C’thun has always been a guilty pleasure of mine and sonya is a great addition to this!
However, its difficult to justify running keleseth w/o shadowstep. That could seriously wreck someone in this deck. Also, Blade of c’thun is a bad card. You already have threat removals with vilespine so its a bit redundant. Hope this goes well for you and I might try my hand at this deck before WoTOG rotates out of standard!
Actually, you could probably set up an excellent sonya play if its not destroyed before the next turn. Then its a 1 cost instakill and buff C’thun. Maybe worth it. But still I think shadowstep is necessary.

You need blade to buff C’thun. While it is a bad card you can have some crazy plays with it.
