Lotus Assassin and Gadgetzan Ferryman opened up the possibility to make a shadow type rogue.
Card Explanations
Counterfeit Coin – I used to think this card was mainly for miracle rogue, but it fits in this deck too. This deck has some high cost cards for rogue (Azure Drake, Lotus Assasin, Shado-Pan Rider) and the coin helps you pay for them.
Conceal – Use it to protect your minions from removal. Especially good for Shado-Pan Rider after you get him out on the board.
Bladed Cultist – Get 1-drop card that becomes even better if you Counterfeit Coin into two Bladed Cultists on turn 1. That scenario won’t happen much, but when it does, it can be very good.
Beneath the Grounds – Lets you have a long game play without having to worry about Reno (aka Highlander) decks as much. The occasional 4/4 Nerubian can be helpful for board presence.
Gadgetzan Ferryman – Used to bring back Lotus Assassin mainly and heal and recharge his stealth.
The strategy of this deck is to keep control of the board while chipping away at your opponent. Conceal plus Gadgetzan Ferryman help keep your tough minions alive. Use these cards wisely.
