Shudderwock  is the key card

Together with the battlecry from Lifedrinker and Nightblade shall deal 16 dmg. The trick here is to set it up with Grumble, Worldshaker to get multiple copies of Shudderwock 

to get multiple copies of Shudderwock, you have to use Saronite Chain Gang

The rest of the cards here is up to debate

So in one turn you can cast Shudderwock, deal 16 dmg for 9 mana, then it will go back to your hand thanks to Grumble, Worldshaker, then throw Shudderwock out on the battlefield again for one mana to deal another 16 dmg, which will kill you opponent. if not, just wait for Shudderwock untill the next turn to deal even more dmg, because shudderwock will cost 1 mana that turn. This will mean 10 x 16 = 160 dmg in one turn.
