General Mulligans
Mulligan HARD for Elven Minstrel, he easily sets up your win condition. If you already have him in hand, Necrium Blade or Shinyfinder are also good to keep.
Win on turn 5 or 6 buy drawing Necrium Blade and reducing it’s durability to 1 and getting Kobold Illusionist and Malygos in your hand (easy with Elven Minstrel). Then play Kobold, deathrattle your weapon to get 1 Malygos, then backstab (or similar) the Kobold for your second Malygos and then all your spells are 11+ damage – just go face yo! Alternatively you can play Kobold + Prep + Necrium Vial + plus destroy weapon for even more Malys if you are dealing with an opponent with lots of armour!
