I think you’re supposed to save all your Arcane Bolts until you have Vexallus in play. You also need to reduce the cost of the bolts using either Magister’s Apprentice or Siphon Mana. At turn 8 your bolts do +1 damage. So 5 bolts and Vexallus is 3 damage twice 5 times (30 damage). Managing your hand size is important cause it can fill up pretty quickly. Solid Alibi, Ice Barrier, and Flurry can help you stall to turn 8. Aegwynn can pass her +2 spell damage buff to Magister’s Apprentice or even Vexallus meaning you only need 3 bolts to do 30 damage in that gamestate (3+2 x2 damage). Card draw and trading in Fire Sale should be used to dig for Vexallus. I find the combo usually goes off with 5 or 6 cards left in deck. Around 8 or 9 mana.
