General Mulligans
Just make sure to mulligan so you have a 1 drop to play turn 1 and then if possible keep any 3 drops on hand so that you have a good curve until turn 4 atleast and hopefully it will keep going until turn 6,
Liam can be ok to keep if you think that the class you are playing against will run a deck where you will need to have some stronger cards then 1 drops
Changes can be made to the 3 drops, like replacing Vicious Fledgling and Boisterous bard with cards like Marsh Drake and Raid Leader, or maybe just removing a Fledgling for a 2 bard. You can also remove the Bard and add a Tinkmaster Overspark if you want a bit of banter
