Hero Power hurts a lot, but most of time you find yourself playing on curve or dealing with board. So basically this is a weaker version of any kind of Spellstone + Rexxar deck.
Trust me, I’ve tried several versions and tried to make this happen.
If the deck was some kind of succesful it’s because he might fought too slow non-board interactive decks, or some aggro/mid unlucky ones.
Ok, I’ve seen like 6 different decks of people trying to “revive” odd hunter, but when it comes down to it the archetype is garbage. Insta scoop to warrior, and any other aggro deck in standard right now. The problem with odd hunter is that the hero power doesn’t help the board, it only goes face. Decks like odd paladin and odd rogue utilize hero powers that control and increase their board presence. So both of these decks are also insta concedes. As for and non – warlock midrange decks, you get out valued and loose the board too quickly to be able to gain any value from the hero power. The only wins this archetype gets are through unlucky warlocks (who don’t draw AOE), unlucky hunters (who don’t draw turn 1-3 plays), top decking burst damage on the “I draw this card or lose” turn, and unanswered vicious fledgings. So in total, yeah, the archetype is garbage, you should just play hybrid hunter.

However, I do like the niche master call synergy so props to you for trying that out
