Mulligans
Aggro Mulligans
With Zoo, use Coin (if you have it) +Pyro to clear the early swarm, then hope for Excavated Evil, Abomination, or Soulpriest + Circle of Healing for the subsequent waves. Then, heal up with Darkshire Alchemist, Flash Heal, and start dropping minions. Hopefully, by then he's doing 2 damage trying to draw Doomguards. By then, it's over for him. You can keep healing while he keeps whittling down.
Shamans are tougher, Shadoword:Pain and Death to deal with Flametongue and big minions. With a bad draw, you're dead. Then when Doomhammer comes, drop your deathrattles, which he will kill with hammer or spells, then N'Zoth for the win.
Control Mulligans
Control Warriors and Priests I think require playing your deathrattle minions as early as you can. Otherwise it's nothing but 8 pass turns while warrior shields up to 30. And other priests are probably playing a variation on this deck, so it's a race to drop N'Zoth, and you want to make sure yours summons more and better deathrattle minions than his.
Maybe mulligan for Entomb if you think you'll encounter Deathwing.
Variation on a Zetalot deck that I have been having some success with. Seems well-tuned to handle the invasive swarm of Zoos and Aggro Shamans roaming the ladder this season.
