Probably to speed up the draw and discover. but i suggest to take out the simulacrum and add the second Frostbolt, atleast you can freeze something. sorry about my bad english but man’s not hot.
I think it acts like a pseudo-ice block, for example you managed to break Ice Block he stays at 1 health expecting a win next turn coz you can just hit him in the face with your hero power (druid, rogue, weapons), then what he will do is to freeze your minions using (Frost Nova or Blizzard) and face frostbolt it will buy him 1 more turn which is really nice to complete the exodia combo.
