This is all about Deathrattle, with some big help from Necromechanic.
Mass production of Goblin Bombs, which you can initiate their demise with Missile Launcher.
When the time is right, get a Mechanical Whelp in play, then target it with Fireworks Tech. Now you have a 3/3 Whelp, and its upgrade in play at the same time.
Galvanizer makes things happen early, especially if you get both in play by turn 3.
Turn 8 can end it by casting Da Undatakah.
