The deck has to curve out to have a chance to win. With that in mind, the only cards I keep are Finley, First Mate, and Axe. I guess on coin you could consider keeping Upgrade and Deckhand if you have both. If you have the First Mate you’re probably safe keeping any of the pirates. As far as Finley goes I would rank the powers: 1) warlock 2) rogue 3) hunter.
Personally don’t rate Rogue hero power at all for pirate warrior. With all the weapons and weapon buffs it’s rare it’ll be playable. I’ve occasionally picked it when desperate for an early weapon after a bad mulligan, but almost always end up regretting it.
Hunter/Mage/Warlock are the best I’d say. If you have to choose between those it’d depend on the opponent and the state of the match. But I reckon Hunter is best in the absence of any other info. If you don’t get any of the three, Druid is fine. The rest are pretty bad, Priest at least is no worse than your original power and occasionally can be useful on a minion. The rest are generally worse than your original power imo. Shaman too slow/rng for the deck but can occasionally help with a well-timed heal/taunt/spelldmg totem. Paladin, slow 1/1 minions don’t add much to the deck. Rogue, rarely usable.
mulligans?
