Is mossy horror a good choice for this deck? And can this deck hit legend?
If I don’t have Leroy, what card would you use to replace?
I’d say Reckless Rocketeer, it’s the closest replacement you can have to Leeroy.
Leeroy can easily be replaced by Rocketeer if you don’t have. He isn’t as crucial as Edwin, but both Leeroy and Rocketeer serve the same rolls anyways. Leeroy is probably better since he’s 5 mana and 6 attack, but more likely or not if you are resolving a Leeory or a Rocketeer you are winning on that attack.
I was just about to ask about replacements for Edwin. Is he really that crucial?
He is reaaaaally good at putting pressure, and depending on the matchups, you don’t need to make him extremely big. Against a priest that you think runs both Shadow Words (like the Cloning Gallery priest, very popular atm), you can make him a 4/4, or just a giant 8/8+ to put him out of jasper and amethyst spellstones’ range. His strength is his stats’ flexibility. Now, you can replace him with a Questing Adventurer if you want a budget alternative that is close to the OG, or you can go for another 3-drop, like Blink Fox or SI:7, but that will imply a different gameplay.
