Mulligans
Luna’s doesn’t work with 1 specific combo, you need redundancy and generally a wide variety of good things you can do with the card to make it good. So we don’t build exodia with the deck, because exodia is better without Luna’s. Instead we do generally strong mage stuff – 1 mana Tony, LK, Alex, or Maly are all game winning, and even Luna and Cosmic Anomalies can be enough. Shooting Star blows stuff up and works with non discounted Maly.
Antiaggro is almost certainly not strong enough but people looking to build a Luna’s deck should think about building the deck flexibly first, like I have here. Building toward 1 wincon will almost certainly be bad.
