Kinda weird to call it “his list”. Not implying he didn’t “create it” himself, but thousands of hearthstone players come up with decklists everyday man. There are only so many logical cards to swap in, in different amounts for each deck. Obviously people will come up with the same exact decklist as eachother oftentimes. Yeah there are those rare times people come up with new archtypes, but I wouldn’t say this is any less Luffy’s than anyone elses.
