As I am a F2P player I always found it irritating that good decks need a lot of dust to climb up the ranks. This deck was made from scraps that I had on my new account and surprisingly it worked really well for me (yeah, even though almost all hunter decks are pretty much insane). I made it from 25 to 10 with this deck, from 10 to 5 would be pretty rough and hard to get but nothing is impossible if you really practice it a lot and with a bit of luck.
Future replacements:
1. Since this is a low budget deck and I know it’s hard to get a lot of dust (if you’re F2P player), your future replacements should firstly be the one for an early game pressure. 2x Crackling Razormaw should be your first card to replace 2x Bloodfen Raptor. For the same amount of mana you get much more value, especially if you get a great Adapt option.
2. Next on my list of replacements for this budget deck (and to still be in range of “Budget deck” dust cost) is 1x Pterrodax Hatchling and 1x Dire Wolf Alpha for 2x Vicious Fledgling. This replacement allows you to have more control on board as much as more early pressure by combining Vicious Fledgling‘s adaptive powers with Houndmaster buffs.
3. You can replace Timber Wolf card with one more Jeweled Macaw if you prefer a bit slower game, but from my experience getting and early Timber Wolf means a lot of value for early trading.
4. If you got Deathstalker Rexxar from KFT prolougue I’d reccommend you replace Core Hound with it, it gives you infinite amount of minions and you no longer need a “big minion” card.
This post will be updated with upcoming patches and possibilities exclusively on my experience, I don’t like recommending anyone how to play it because everyone has a different stile but I do recommend you to give a shot at this deck if you’re low on dust and you want to climb up from 25-10 or if you just have a mission for hunter and can’t seem to win without a solid deck and so on..
