Lifecoach is doing some early season climbing with this Y'Shaarj, Rage Unbound Ramp Druid deck list. There’s a lot of ramp in this deck, Innervate, Wild Growth, Darnassus Aspirant, and the new card Mire Keeper. Fandral Staghelm fits nicely in this list with quite a few Choose One cards, and if Y’Shaarj hits the board it can pull out a selection of very strong minions.

45 games with this and a 68% win rate. Best games were against Rouges, Shamans, Paladins and Warlocks – only saw one Warrior during the entire run. Mages, Hunters and other Druids is where the Deck Tracker stats say I had problems. If you can’t get your mana ramping and you started with high mana cards, that’s where you fall behind on this deck. I have had a lot of fun with this one and like the way it plays. Just had a bad run of games in the middle of my 45 gaming play. Been down to 1 health and 1 armor a couple of times because I refused to give up and you can play this deck that way. Won where the taunts were slowing the attackers, the Firelord is lobbing his fireballs, Y’Shaarj is calling in the minions, and Ysera is filling my hand with dream cards. One of the hardest things to learn can be when to play Nourish and the CHOSE ONE if Fandral isn’t on the board. Otherwise this is a fun deck. Most of my wins were over in 9 turns. My losses were averaging around 11 turns.
replacement for Naga Sea Witch?
I kinda threw in an Alarm-o-Bot, so we will see how this goes lol
I like Yshaarj in that deck but I think Arrakoa has some uses in this deck, since Yshaarj wont get full value out of your taunts (Ancient of War and Druid of the Claw)
Not really a fan of the Naga and Thaurissan either, I think it’s too much ramp and too inconsistent espcially with 2 Darnassus
The deck’s sweet and I love the play style it offers. Over 20 games with 71% win ratio so far 🙂
Mulch replacement?
Naturalize or BGH.
I do not have a second ancient of war. I have every other card. I have a Cenarius though. Do you think I can sub Cenarius for an ancient of war ? Or is the 2nd ancient of war really necessary ?
Thanks
Cenarius would work.
The ramp in this deck is insane! especially if you get fandral after wild growth
This deck works against the ladder very well. His downside is that he’s a very expensive deck to craft.
I agree. I have Y’shaarjj but it lack ~2k of other cards for a deck which I don’t know how I personally would play 😀
Maybe later I’ll have more cards for it
