Mulligans
Use Fire Elementals and Patches the Pirate to make yourself a board (if you manage to do so, use Primal Talismans and Bloodlust to gain some nice value), then follow up with some taunt from Feral Spirit and more small minions, then, end the game with this Ozruk + Murmuring Elemental (Kalimos, Primal Lord works as well).
U should definetly run Bloodlust.
