Any substitute for Bloodmage Thalnos?
Kobold Geomancer.
What can i use instead of Sabotage? It’s the only card I don’t have.
You can try this list instead, it’s a more updated version of this deck and doesn’t have Sabotage: http://www.hearthstonetopdecks.com/decks/ryzens-season-14-mill-rogue/
this deck is terrible
I built this deck, and I can’t seem to pull a win out of it, I never have the cards I need to keep myself from getting wiped off the board before I can attempt to mill anybody. Any suggestions?
Man is this guy full of himself. Take a chill pill dude.
I really hate this deck. It reminds me of priest back when we would run 2x SWD etc. lots and lots of dead spells against a board full of minions
Thatguyyoudontknow. You ever not complain in a post? Disliking mill is valid I’m just saying I saw your posts on other decks like 8 times all negative
Mill decks are so non-interactive and unfun to play against. Literally winning almost everygame with 20-30 minute games.. Blizzard should just nerf this deck archetype or change it
I beg to differ. The first time I played against one of these I had no clue what was happening until I was dead, but it was a lot of fun and pretty hilarious to see happen. It’s an interesting deck and requires a lot of skill to know what removal to use and when to use it
you can win a few matches but its not the best ladder climber. win condition is slight. my opinion.
I like adding two dancing swords to give a couple decent sized bodies plus add to the opponents card draw. Took out sabotage (I don’t have one) and one deadly poison. Went with Emperor Thaurissan instead of Mukla. Mukla backfires on me all the time and Emperor increases the number of oracles you can play in a turn to mill. Went with SI:7 agents over the fan of knives. I draw enough cards I find fan of knives damage is negligible too often. Youthful brewmaster over azure drake. I’d rather return the coldlight and draw that way vs just draw one with the drake. Spell power is negligible given the deck’s win condition. Just my 2 cents.
Interesting – isn’t Emperor a little too slow for this though? I like the Dancing Swords idea!
I am unsure about Mukla, too. However, I don’t think there is a decent replacement. To make his bananas not backfire, Loatheb is an option.
Sap is wonderful for off-setting the bananas.
I saw many Rogues with Youthful Brewmaster instead of Azure Drake. Fits very nice with Oracle, Mukla and the Healbot.
this is a great deck and is hilariously fun, thanks blackrock, but i have a question is mukla and drake inter changeable, mukla is amazing for filling their hand but has backfired on me, and the drake doesn’t really make sense because thanes is already in play and there aren’t that many damage spells otherwise
Dancing swords has done well for me in place of mukla, it serves a similar purpose, but if you have mukla I can’t see why you’d choose swords over him. Maybe swords over drake, but I still like this setup here best.
They are not key to this working. I don’t have mukla and drake is not needed at all.. Swap out both drakes + mukla for Emporer, Dr. Boom and Sludge Belcher.
Also try swap 1 eviscerate and 2 backstab for 2 dancing swords + 1 youthful brewmaster. brewmaster is great to give you more ways to combo murloc or possible double drop of healbot.
