By the way – OF COURSE you want to play Divine Spirit in that deck. Playing Inner Fire without Divine Spirit doesn’t make any sense, you’re just limiting your combo potential.
Just saying, in the end you can play whatever you want and feel like, but Divine Spirit would fit much better than that Faerie Dragon or Cobalt Scalebane. And if you don’t play Divine Spirit, it would probably be better to replace Inner Fire with something else (e.g. Shadow Ascendant would probably fit it better).

Its the netherspite historian you cant craft it you have to do the kalazhan adventure or something to get it
It’s from Kara, you have to have the adventure to craft it.
I use it to discover late game dragons but you can replace it with Divine Spirit for higher burst damage

This is a beginner deck intended to allow new players access to play a cheap dragon priest deck
The reason I did not include divine spirit was because I also cut shadow visions because the deck would cost more than 2k
Faerie dragons are to add consistency and as a sticky early game minion
Feel free to use this deck as a beginner guide and add or remove cards to fit your playstyle
