This is a deck seeing being strong in the meta to come. There’s a lot of strong stuff here, the card Crazed Worshipper might have been slightly underrated and makes for a strong taunt. Twin Emperor Vek'lor seems to be an early powerhouse, and C'Thun can be a good finisher. There is one surprising omission in this list, Ancient Shieldbearer is nowhere to be found. We’ll see how this list shapes itself in the future!

this might be a crazy question, but why no shield bearers?
I think he was playing this more as a Midrange deck rather than a Control deck. This more recent list has Shieldbearer: http://www.hearthstonetopdecks.com/decks/akawonders-cthun-warrior-hearthstone-eu-spring-prelims-2016/
replacement for brann?
Second Acolyte of Pain.
I have lost to a couple Shamans with Doomhammer and other Warrior decks that are using several weapons. Would it be viable to trade a Slam for Harrison Jones? Another card? Or just maintain the deck without Harrison?
I’d consider cutting Brann, but Slam is another option.
Replacement for Ragnaros? Thought about Alexstrasza? Possible?
I don’t mind that idea!
i want to hear your opinion about that idea xD
think about it and tell me 🙂
Can i replace Sylvanas with Malkorok? I’m getting well with him
I wouldn’t recommend it, Sylvanas is super strong right now.
blood to ichor replacement?
Second Whirlwind and Acolyte of Pain.
I can t get this working, i just keep on losing
I try at the moment shield bearer and doom caller instead of Rag n Grom. +1 acolyte -1 battle rage. +1 Shield Slam -1 Whirlwind. +1 brawl -1 taskmaster. +2 Shield Block -2 Armorsmiths. Finally +2 C’thuns Disciple instead of Crazed which actually is for balancing costs and additional removal.
I stick with this plan and I climbed easily from 16 to 10 in just two days in about 4hours .
I have to say that I do not have Grom and Rag and that was a must do sub for me.
Latest addition +1 Rafam -1 Doomcaller. Gave more boost and safety for turn 10 to the deck.
I usually drop turn 10 Brann + Twin Emperor. Then next turn Rafam for +10 and 10dmg. Usually that turns out in a concede. Brave ones keep on. The hole trick of this Deck is the triple emperor after all. Only direct damage decks may recover after Rafaam or C’thun turn 11-12 and that’s only if they can direct hit you to finish you off.
Slot for a Second brawl is needed!!!
Pain cards: twisting nether and Alexzstrassa
I’ve had great success with this so far. R14 -> 9 with only 1 loss. Do not miss the shieldbearer at all and this seems to do perfectly fine against Aggro decks. Also it’s quite a bit faster than other C’thun decks so they haven’t been a problem either.
I’ve been using the deck but with hogger doom of elwyn and he fits perfectly in this deck with cards like blood to ichor 8-2 so far.
I’ve had some pretty good success with this deck, I took out one battle rage for a second acolyte which made it more consistent, the cruel tasks are great with acolyte and even blood ichor in some cases.
i think that the importance of armorsmith is debatable. You don’t have enough aoe and minions to benefit with armosmith and mostly damage are pingers.
– Maybe add 1 Brawl.
– i don’t like the ping part of the deck, what makes Acolyte of Pain good is a sequence of aoe ping (beneficted with armorsmith), taskmaster seems to be a dead card.
– Taskmaster to ping Grommash = bleh
– Taskmaster to ping Whorshipper = bleh bleh
– Battle Rage without aoe = useless
maybe putting back the shield slam part instead of the ping part could help more.
Any replacement for hellscream?
Ancient Shieldbearer, Nefarian, or C’Thun’s Chosen. Doomcaller is another option.
Rag replacement?
Nefarian, Ysera, or maybe an Ancient Shieldbearer.
I’ve been trying Doomcaller in place of Rag, too. It’s worked fine for me.
But Ancient Shiledbearer + Brann = 20 Armor 😀
