Mulligans
General Mulligans
This deck really shines when you can get extra Jade procs with Raptor, so I try to mulligan for that. Backstab and Swashburglar are also obvious keeps.
Aggro Mulligans
Against aggro you really want to keep up with the enemy Patches pull. Mistress can help mitigate some early damage and hopefully trade up. Ooze can really ruin Pirate Warrior's day, and both damage spells are good keeps if you have The Coin or a Backstab to combo them with.
Control Mulligans
Swashburglar is still an auto-keep against control to thin your deck. Getting the Jade procs up and running is important against slower decks, so the Swarmer/Raptor combo is desirable. Tomb Pillager is a great curve/tempo play when you don't have to worry about being burst down by turn 5. Shaku is also too slow to keep against aggro, but against control he'll always generate at least one card (or force the opponent to burn an AoE).
Pretty much an exact copy of Strifecro’s recent Heroic Brawl list. I haven’t seen it posted here yet, and it’s performing very well for me, so I figured I’d share my near-identical take on it. You can check out his YouTube or Twitch channels to see it in action. So far this season it’s the deck I keep coming back to.
He runs a second Auctioneer instead of Sylvanas, but I found myself drawing it when I needed a threat and/or had no spells to get value from it. Maybe it’s just because I’m not as good as Strifecro, but this list doesn’t run a lot of the cheap (or free) spells usually used to power an Auctioneer, so I feel fine running only one. Plus, I once managed to drop Sylvanas, copy her ability with Raptor, then play a Herald Volazj I rolled from Shaku/etc. to end up with a total of FOUR minion-stealers on board. That was pretty sweet.
