Deck Import

The mid-range shaman deck took a bit of an early game hit after Totem Golem and  was moved out of rotation.

It was a significant hit to early game tempo along with Trogg.

Un’Goro released a wave of solid elemental cards for Shaman which can put of a decent wall against some mid range decks.

While this deck suffers from heavy aggro, it’s mid and late game opportunities are plentiful

The Jade Mechanic is one of the best snowball’s in the game and if not swiftly moved on, can punish the opponent for not ending sooner.

An inclusion into this list is the Jade Chieftain which is ultimately slow, but offers later game potential against control decks which put up big booty taunts. It can potentially put up a 7/7 or an 8/8 or even 9/9.

Late in games against quest warrior, high health beaters are essential to surviving a pseudo Ragnaros attack and can clear their taunts.

The Elemental aspect allows for some versatility with Kalimos providing either that extra 6 damage to push for game, or the 3 to board for clearing low health minions. I feel the elemental inclusion can somewhat hinder synergy with the jade mechanic but can work in unison if the right draw is seen.

As said earlier, early game options are very limited and really requires seeing a Jade Claws or Fire Fly to put some targets on the board.

All in all, the deck is a fairly fun deck to play and I have relatively good success with it. Due to recent life and work commitments, I have not been able to play Hearthstone as much and give an accurate depiction of where this stands against the meta. But have put down Quest Rogue and Quest Warriors along the way
