Mulligans
This deck plays a very specific package of Rogue cards in order to allow infinite bouncing of Tess and Maestra with Shadowstep and Waggle Pick. The game plan is to stall until you can get a hero card from Maestra (usually you want the cheapest option, unless you’re not being pressured). Once you activate the hero card, then your Snatch and Grabs will become very cheap or free, and you can clear the opponent’s board and move on to the next phase, which involves playing Tess with a Shadowstep in hand, or having already played multiple Shadowsteps/Waggle Picks. Play Tess to clear the opponent’s board again, and you (should) get Tess/Maestra bounced back. You can repeat this until you either win, or run out of cards in your deck – at which point you can activate Quasar, which will reactivate every time you summon Tess, and keep recycling more copies of Tess and Maestra back into your deck.
This deck pretty much auto wins against anything that wants to go late, so the worst matchups tend to be aggro decks. Mixologist is possibly the most important card in those matchups, since you can potentially create good AoE early.
