This deck is just about discovering stuff until you win. Similar to how Deck of Lunacy used the limited spell pool in Forged in the Barrens and became OP.
Primarily, you want numerous Solid Alibis to stay alive forever. At the same time, Lightshow scales higher and higher and will eventually kill your opponent. Infinitize the Maxitude helps to never run out of stuff and with many cheap spells it should be possible to consistantly use it. 

I have no idea if this deck is any good and it will be vulnerable to Aggro, so I wouldn’t recommend to craft stuff for it. That said, it will be fun for sure!

Card Draw might get replaced with more defensive options like Nightcloak Sanctum.
