top 1000 hand lock style warlock. You play this deck like any iteration of handlock. Look for control spells early in mulligan vs aggro. Otherwise look for deck of chaos or tickatus vs control and combo to get that going as soon as possible.
Not top tier but its an ok deck that’s pretty fun and has insane upside
