I just played a handful of matches with this deck and I’m confused as to how you use Hakkar. I love the card and wanna make it work but I don’t get the timing. In the mirror do you drop it after their second Elyssiana?
I hit legend with bomb hunter to rank 2, and control warrior to finish it out. I added Hakkar to my own deck (pretty different list) because I kept facing a bunch of mechathun warriors (literally 6 at rank 1). Hakkar would autowin that mirror, but otherwise Hakkar isn’t needed as a win condition.
Hakkar is actually not all that necessary in mirror matches. You just try to draw as few cards as possible, to gain a fatigue advantage after both players have played both their Elyssianas. Once you have achieved this, either you play Hakkar to quicken up the game (if your opponent has fewer cards in his deck than you, this should always be to your advantage), or you don’t play Hakkar at all and normally win by fatigue. Another thing you can try is to play Hakkar before any Elyssianas have been played (but, again, only if your opponent has fewer cards in his deck than you), so as to force him to play his first Elyssiana sooner than expected. You then try to hang on to your own Elyssiana for as long as possible (of course you have to play her if the corrupted bloods in your deck are getting too threatening, and so you should ultimately be able to gain a more or less huge fatigue advantage, which will consolidate after both players have played their 2 Elyssianas.

What is your bomb hunter list?
