This deck is one that you want to play defensively at the start of the game using secrets and spells so that you can really get value from the mid and late-game minions like Scaleworm, Houndmaster and Prof. Putricide. Since this deck contains no 1-cost cards, the best start would involve utilizing your one cost hero power on turn one and start building secret defenses on turn two. You should be able to defend until you get to around 6 Mana, when you can begin board clearing and generating big monsters.

Scaleworm seems really bad in this list since you only have one dragon in the list.
I also don’t see the point in Hunting Mastiff, Spellshifter, and Gilnean Royal Guard… they seem REALLY bad as cards in general, and I also don’t think Emeriss is really worth the slot here.
Noted. Hunting Mastiff is actually really good with this due to the Dire Frenzy, which I also apply to Gilnean royal Guard as well- which does with Emeriss doubling both Mastiff and Gilnean, giving you possibilities of three 5/4, 4/2, or 10/8 echo rush 2-,costs, and the 16/4 rush 8 costs as combo drops which can then be buffed to 19/7 rush with 3 copies shuffled into the
deck. But I do need more dragons if I want scaleworm, a d I could replace the spellshifters with dragon types. Maybe amalgam? 🙂
EDIT: Added 4 dragons, Bone Drake x2 and Primordial Drake x2.
Removed Spellshifter x1, Gilnean Royal Guard x1, Houndmaster x2.
