General Mulligans
New Extra Arms is busted. You want to abuse it as much as you can, for that you need early drops. NSC is ideal as there isn't very much your opponent can do to it. Mages will often Conjurer's Calling it in their desperation.
The primary objective is to beat every single aggro deck.
As to the control matchup: you do NOT need Elysianna. If your opponent runs one – Seance it. If your opponent is Hunter, it wouldn’t help anyway.
Currently trying out Holy Water. You can put literally anything instead.
Which spell to use with vargoth ?
In the original list, the best spell to use with Vargoth is Replicate. The way it works is utterly busted. (you end up with a 2/6, and x3 5/5 Vargoth that threaten further mischief).
In the current list you use it with basically anything that gives you value. The easiest is to use it with Clonning Device, the most likely to be devastating is with Death (clears Giant+Conjurer’s and threatens the next one).
Basically Vargoth in Priest will always warrant immediate removal and as such trade well. Even if you just draw an extra card, it is still worth it.
