Shadow Madness is a bit late to be taking a minion, but it is still a good card if you have ways to slow down the enemies; Convert would be your top pick, to start off with an Icky Imp of your own. Resurrecting the Imp is then a next priority. The Explosive Sheep is a great card for eliminating Imps at low cost, and once you have a couple of the above in your hand, Shadow Word Horror is handy, as it can deal with Imp Gang Bosses without generating more minions, while also destroying both your Imps and your opponent's.
The main idea behind this deck is to get Icky Imps for yourself; a Convert in your starting hand is a great start, though there are several ways to get your own Icky Imps – Shadow Madness, Mind Vision, Thoughtsteal , and later Faceless Manipulator. Having your own Icky Imps really accelerates damaging Terestian, as you can sacrifice each of your Imps against one of his, and then kill all of them again with an AoE spell or detonating a minion. Resurrect can give you a second copy of a friendly Imp you have already sacrificed, as can the Onyx Bishop.
