Mulligans
General Mulligans
Just guessing, tbh.
Aggro Mulligans
Board clears and cheap single target to slow your opponents down.
Midrange Mulligans
A healthy mix of removal and moderately threatening minions to keep the mid-game safe.Combo Mulligans
Taunts to counter minion OTKs (none are relevant currently, but nobody can totally predict the meta) and heals to counter mages. Mana Tide Totem either forces them to deal with you, or draws you enough cards to handle them relatively easily.
Control Mulligans
Good value, good single target big removal.Clear the board, heal, play Giants, play Spirit Echo. Pretty similar to Blood Giants, but a new take in a fun class with some very fun cards! Get your Arcane Giants and Snowfury Giants as cheap as possible, then put their big butts on the board and cast Spirit Echo to ensure they can stick around. And remember, if you’re playing against shaman, play around Evolve!
Spirit Echo can also be used to duplicate TFB/Stonehill Defender/Jinyu Waterspeaker to beef up your mid-game against aggro and midrange decks if necessary. I’d also love to try Ancestral Recall to make the Giants even stickier, but that seems too greedy. It may be a one-of after play testing.
Single target/AoE removal will change with the meta, this is just an idea of what looks kinda fun to play. Avalanche is probably an easy cut, but it’s a new card that’s worth trying out.
