Dog went 39 and 0 on the ladder (Rank 17 to Rank 4) yesterday with this Cubelock! He finally fell to a Murloc Paladin when he was one win away from hitting 40 wins. You can watch the VOD right here.

Did he dodge all the tempo mage on the ladder? Or did they play it badly? This is such a bad matchup, some hands from them are straight impossible to beat for this deck, seems crazy he didnt lost for so long with all those mage decks around
Would prefer 2 Faceless Manipulators. But however, what do you take out?
Umbra
Yeah, that’s the only difference between this one and the deck list guide.
But no, that’s not an option for me, because this one card makes the difference between a 15 or 25 damage combo.
That is crazy. I remeber Blizzard releasing some stats a year or two ago and the longest win streak ever had been 24 games back then. This must be a new record for sure.
Crazy that he lost to the deck that is lucky to beat cubelock 10% of the time.
So boring to play against this op-deck ! Its like the best deck in game by far ..going to hate this new meta every 6 months …missing the old days of Hearthstone !
Yeah mee too. Turn 5 lethal, Unleash the Dogs (2 mana) + Condor (2 mana), Leeroy (4 mana) + Shadowstep + Shadowstep….
So fresh meta….
not mentioned was that he started at rank 17. still – an amazing run
It is in fact mentioned!
Whatever. I’ve got 39 wins with this same deck. They’re just not all in a row… 🙂
Watched him play this deck throughout the massive win-streak. It was pretty crazy! hahaha
This looks like a very common cubelock list tbh.
Not what I expected from Dog 🙂
Tbf, a lot of people don’t like running Umbra, and isn’t Dog the one of the Cubelock pioneers?
Yea, he’s the one who made this boring crap deck popular, after an asian dude invented it in december. Back then there were no giants in the list (Zalae was the first player to invent this) and also no Nzoth, but Rin instead.
their is nothing boring about cubelock.. 25 burst damage is stupid fun and the fact this deck takes serious skill to play speaks volumes. We havent had a deck like this in a long time to my knowledge, in terms of skill cap.
This has to be a troll comment right? This is so much easier to play then a lot of decks in previous metas
I couldn’t agree more!
