Sherazin, Corpse Flower – I don’t think this card can be replaced. It covers the deck’s mid game, which is pretty weak in the current Standard rotation. It’s also a huge win condition in the slower matchups, I would lose so many matches if I didn’t have it. The card is what makes the deck powerful right now.
PS: I replaced Sherazin with Journey Below – I usually find Sherazin it in.
Vilespine Slayer – Similarly to Sherazin, the card is so crucial for the deck’s mid game. But it’s an Epic and if you didn’t open it and don’t feel like crafting, you can try adding second Sap or Burgly Bully. DON’T add Assassinate, it’s a really slow card and won’t help your mid game too much.
I never liked miracle mage decks… I mean you play the game trying to cycle your deck as fast as possible, and for what? just to get two giants that could be easily removed by one spell each?
honestly the best win condition for these decks is to get an early, strong Edwin and even that takes a lot of luck
Miracle rogue was and still is one of the hardest decks on ladder, this is not about 2 giants, its about ressurecting Sherazin until you completely exhaust your opponents resources without wasting yours, meanwhile playing questing adventurer and Edwin will delete your opponents heavy removals. Gadzetan Auctioneer will keep you up with cards and let you go crazy-if you can use your spells efficiently enough so you have any remainings when you play him. After that you play Valeera the Hollow and even double the incredible value you were getting whole game and THEN you start playing giants, not two, but four. This is the dream 😀 And even now its really complicated dream. Learning how to stop aggro and still survive with enough cards in this deck was one of the hardest things i have ever learnt in Hearthstone.
Most miracle rogue decks control early game and deal chip damage to face while drawing their entire deck, allowing them to play giants and burn before the enemy has a chance to develop a board
I don’t have Sherazin, and since she’s the only 4mana card in the deck, I actually decided to put in the 4/4 Prince that gets taunt and lifesteal, it should help against aggro.
I was watching a streamer and they actually mentioned that if there is any place for the prince itll be in miracle rogue decks. so good replacement *thumbs up*
umm… rogue literally had their quest card nerfed cuz of how powerful it was, and then when it was miracle rogue took over. prior to that miracle rogue was a tier 1 deck… just cuz you cant pilot it, doesnt mean its a bad deck.
Ok, yes. Miracle rogue has been a solid archetype for a long time now.
However, that doesn’t mean it will be viable in the emerging KFT meta and so far I’ve seen almost no one successfully playing rogue on ladder or twitch.
I’ve seen a few people go back to the nerfed quest rogue just to have a chance. Moral of the story: rogue got shit on this exp. That’s how it seems currently anyway.
Is there any good replacement for Shadowcaster ?
What would be a good replacement if i dont have any vinespine slayer and sherazin?

Thank You 🙂
I would suggest the prince valanar if you have it cause sherazin is the only 4 cost. and it can give you some life which is pretty nice in rogue.
