General Mulligans
The main goal of this deck is to find and play deck of chaos as early as possible. Tour guide and Safety Inspector are both able to help you search for it early. Lorekeeper Polkelt is also a tutor for it, because after you play him on turn 4, you'll draw Galakrond turn 5 and Deck of Chaos turn 6. Shadow Council is a good card to have turn 1 if you don't have Deck of Chaos, because it can get you strong minions early that should be able to hold board position without much trouble.
It’s similar to a sacrificial warlock swarm type of deck, but now has an extra twist at the top end. Deck of chaos will make the cards in your deck cost almost nothing, and with the card draw of Veiled Worshipper and the hero power, you can get to those cheap cards quickly. The deck is still in the works, so this is definitely not the final version, but I thought I should get it out here now and see what you guys think.
