General Mulligans
Arcane Intellect has good potential, granted you need better cards from a worse mulligan, so it is keepable, but can be pitched to gain a minion instead.
As for Secrets, these keep you alive to turn 10 if you do it right, so sometimes against the aggro matchup, you should keep one for safety
Aggro Mulligans
Against Slower Matchups, it's better to keep your Cthun buffs, or even Possibly the big guy himself. Best to keep a Disciple or Cult Sorcerer, to get the aggro advantage, or the spell damage buff.
Control Mulligans
It's always best to try to keep a hand with early removal. Keep Frostbolt, Frost Nova, or perhaps even a Fireball to prepare for the opponents deck.
It's also good to hang onto Sorcerer's Apprentice to get the upper hand with any of these spells, at any time
keep your opponents in check, while managing to buff your Cthun and keep the board clear at the same time
