General Mulligans
These cards are your general keeps, and are always nice to have regardless of your matchup. The other cards are the ones you want as priority when you know exactly what you are up against, but when in doubt just go for these cards.
This deck is a new take on the current C’Thun renolock deck that has been circulating. The deck sacrifices some of the classic handlock cards like Twilight Drake and Mountain Giant in favor of more C’Thun acolytes and deathrattle minions for that N’Zoth synergy. Other than that it plays similarly to your traditional renolock. Let’s dive into some of the specifics:
General playstyle:
If you are familiar with regular renolock, this deck should not be too unfamiliar. The early game will consist of dropping early minions like Beckoner of Evil, Dark Peddler and Imp Gang Boss. Board clears can catch you up if you draw poorly, and your healing cards can buy you time against aggressive onslaughts. Going into the late game you will want to drop bigger threats like Sylvanas Windrunner and Twin Emperor Vek'lor. Depending on your matchup, you will either win from the high value of and N'zoth against control, or you can outlast aggro decks through repeated board clears and healing.
