There’s a lot of Aggro Secret Paladin floating around which is very reliant on hitting the Mysterious Challenger on turn 6. This deck, however, is not nearly as reliant on the card, and only plays 4 secrets. This deck is actually very similar to the standard Midrange Paladin, but with a 6-card secret package. It will be interesting if this is the version of the deck that starts showing up in tournaments, because it’s far more well-rounded and less likely to draw into bad secret cards.

Ahmm seems like this deck needs a silence at least, to counter Doomsayer from Frozen Mages
but this is deck is pretty well you can beat pretty much any classs, so far 11-7 61% rank 12.
I thought he teched in two secretkeepers? Or was I mistaken
It’s possible, he might have updated the deck.
there should be owl
Went 18/3 with it rank 14 to 5 easy as hell.
Have you changed any cards?
is it going to work form the remaining of sseason 19 and the upcoming season?
so far it looks really slow….
Apperently doing math when being sleepy is not the smartest thing to do.
Number are supposed to be:
2 Challengers: 46.9% 1 – ((28! / 24!) / (30! / 26!) * (24! / 20!) / (26! / 22!))
1 Challnger: 26.7% 1 – ((29! / 25!) / (30! / 26!) * (25! / 21!) / (26! / 22!))
Just for reference if you get second turn and mulligan all cards with 2 Challengers you have a little over 55% chance to draw a Challenger and with 1 you only have a little under 29% chance to draw a Challenger and seeing as how massive that card is to play on t6 even if it would only place 3 secrets a second card adds enough chance to certify the second Challenger and this is only on mulligan.
So? How far did Cross got with this deck ? and how far did he got just with this deck? I think that the MC and the small number of secrets are a little suspect for me ( i really love the full secret paladin with early agro)
I like the idea about an hybrid between secret-midrange and flood-midrange.
BUT
Wouldn’t be better if we take only one MysteriousChallenger instead of two, due to the presence of four secrets? Maybe another six drop could be more efficient: for example Sylvanas, KodoRider, ArgentCommander, Justicaar, Blacknight.
The problem is probably if you play only one MC, the draw of it could be into the late game and he can’t activate your secrets because already used.
But this risk is there anyway, because if secrets are drawn in early, it’s impossible acrivate it with MC.
I’m confuse.
Both Challengers out – Sunwalker and Sylvanas in.
A deck, having two Mysterious Challengers. Luckily, this extremely ‘well-rounded’ and absolutely competitive deck is rather clean of ‘bad secrets’. So at turn 6, one will not have to look at the Xmas tree. – It will be the Xmas star 🙂
One minor improvement could be the inclusion of Skeleton Knight as the main finsher. For the buck… or banging the buck, or whatsoever it was?
How does a second mysterious challenger make sense seeing as there is only a maximum of 1 of every secret?
I’d say higher chance to autowin with T6 Dr.6 🙂
The second one is still a 6/6 for 6 so quite good too.
Good replacement for Tirion?
Second Sludge Belcher or a Sunwalker.
Replacement for Tirion? It’s the only card I don’t have here but I don’t have the dust to make it.
Second Sludge Belcher or a Sunwalker.
Any replacement for 2nd Coghammer ?
Second Sludge Belcher could work.
