Try to get as many minions out as possible and have Bloodlust ready for next turn. If you have empty board, Kalimos’ Invocation of Earth or Onyxia’s battlecry have the same effect. If you are playing a taunt-heavy deck, the various battlecry minions plus Grumble, Worldshaker can deal serious damage without needing to attack.
