Control Warrior – N’Zoth Season 37

Update: removed Ysera and 1 x Whirlwind for 2 x Primordial Drake

My preferred list for ladder, fairly even match ups overall.  Quest rogue can be a pain if you don’t pressure, draw removal or get unlucky.  Obviously Jade Druid remains difficult but there a bare numbers of them.

Direhorn Hatchling is key here for both midrange and control match ups.  Avoid playing N’Zoth until both are out and remember additional reinforcements can be recruited via our good friend from Stonehill (deck MVP).

Curator has performed very well, I originally had The Black Knight as I faced a tonne of Paladin’s, can be a huge tempo or late game play as you draw Direhorns to survive or clear your deck of minions to find spells, weapons etc.

Your flex cards are Ysera, 1 x Acolyte, Elise and Ooze in that order and dependent on your match ups.  I found Ysera very strong, cycling N’Zoth for a second time with a good health total is insta-concede but her majesty can lose you a game if drawn early and devalues The Curator immensely.  If you are facing more aggressive ladder experience I suggest removing Ysera and Elise for 2 x Primordial Drake’s.

Ysera is just so sexy though…
