Quick tip: Hench-Clan can be replaced with Bluegill Warrior. It comes down to personal preference. Hench-Clan has a Deathrattle that can provide Tempo, but Bluegill is immediately able to be buffed or given poisonous.
Scargil is not needed. You get him sometimes from Underbelly Angler and Fishflinger, but he is often killed the turn after you play him. This deck wants to win with a turn 5 Bloodlust, so a late game card has little utility.
As a Budget deck, you still really want Leeroy Jenkins. If you don’t have Sn1p-Sn4p, put in a second Tastyfin for the same kind of mid game value.
This is a Murloc deck with RNG. You can climb with it, but just enjoy the lols and have fun.
