If you manage to get the Sky Raider and Parachute Brigand in your hand to start, you can have 3 mana worth of pirates out on the first turn. Don't underestimate the Spiked Wheel, if all else fails you can put it out first turn and Hero Power second turn, and have 3 mana off on Dread Corsair, or get an early 5/3 Bloodsail Raider for only 2 mana.
Very inexpensive deck that is really feast or famine. Needs to be played very aggressively and attack the opponent’s face. This deck is built around having a weapon up to get the most our of Southsea Deckhand, Bloodsail Raider, and Dread Corsair, as well as replenishing your hand cheaply with Cutting Class. The Parachute Brigand has high potential for early value, as she is basically free and gives you a good headstart. She will also trigger the Skybarge when she is brought out for free.
