The Witchwood, Knights of the Frozen Throne, and The Boomsday Project are all great contributions to this budget deck. The main idea is to use cheap Divine Shield cards such as Righteous Protecter and Giggling Inventor, Then to use Blood Knight to drain the Divine Shield and empower it. Thank you!
