The best turn two (turn one if you have the coin) is anyone of the zero-drop creatures plus Defias Ringleaders plus Shadowstep. First the zero-drop into the Ringleader, then Shadowstep Ringleader back to your hand then play it again. This leaves you with a 1/1, a 2/2 and two 2/1s, on turn two.
If going second always keep the Si:7 Agent because it is probably the best turn two play in this deck.

Use little cheap creatures to get combo off SI:7 Agent and Elven Minstrel.
The main win con is Questing Adventurer, it would be a Edwin VanCleef but this deck is trying to be as budget as possible.
The main removal is Eviscerate, Sap, and Plague Scientist. Plague Scientist is the only hard removal because it give your creature poisonous.
